We Are Since 2014
2014

An Oilfield worker and a Special Education Teacher discovered fermentation and caught the “fermented” bug. Madge’s Food Company was born!

2015

We hit the market. Our first Farmers’ Market, supporting San Antonio Food Bank. Watch out world here we come!

2017

The first Fermented Bloody Mix was born.  Mission disruption is started. Plus, we launch our website and get on Amazon.

2020

An exciting and wild year. We launch into HEB & Whole Foods all while undergoing a worldwide pandemic. No problem! we have kimchi to save the day.
